Watering Can Craft
When you suspend this eye-catching mobile, it will look as though water is pouring from its spout!
Materials for one watering can: two 6" x 8" construction paper rectangles, 3" x 6" construction paper rectangle, two 2" x 6" construction paper rectangles, strips of cellophane (blue, iridescent, or clear), flower cutouts, crayons, glue, scissors, masking tape, hole puncher, string
Directions: Add crayon details to the flowers if desired. Glue the flowers to the two large rectangles for decoration. Cut a handle from the 3" x 6" rectangle. Glue it to the blank side of one large rectangle. Glue one 2" x 6" rectangle to the blank side of the same large rectangle to make a spout. Tape one end of each cellophane strip to the top of the spout. Glue another 2" x 6" strip to the taped spout, aligning the edges. Glue the two large rectangles together, flower sides out. Hole-punch the watering can as shown and thread a length of string through the hole to make a hanger.
