Pumpkin Goo Prints
Cut out a pumpkin shape from orange paper. Place several dollops of nonmentholated shaving cream on a tabletop. Then add red and yellow tempera paint to the shaving cream. Use your fingers to mix the shaving cream and paint. Next, lay the pumpkin over the mixture and press gently; then remove the shape. When the pumpkin dries, it has an appealing fuzzy texture!

Watercolor Web
To make a spiderweb, use a black crayon to draw a large spiderweb on a sheet of white paper. Place the paper on a piece of waxed paper to protect your work surface. Then wet the paper with a sponge. While the paper is wet, cover it with blue and purple watercolor paints. Allow the paint to dry. Next, draw a spider body on a two-inch black paper square and cut it out. Tape narrow strips of black paper to the spider to resemble legs. After you bend the free ends of the legs, glue the body of the spider to the web.

Textured Tape
To make a design, a youngster tears various lengths of masking tape and arranges them on a sheet of paper as desired, overlapping the tape pieces to create dimension. Then he uses clear tape to lightly tape another sheet of paper on top of the design. He rubs the sides of different-colored crayons over the paper until the design is revealed.
